The Keybox 3 is a smart lockbox that requires no installation and makes key and access management simple. Store keys and access cards securely, grant PIN or Bluetooth access, track activity in real time, and provide temporary or permanent access for guests, staff, or tenants. It also syncs with Airbnb and other platforms for easy management.

Works Offline
The Keybox 3 is completely functional offline. No internet connection needed for the lock even to grant access remotely, so there are no worries of Wi-Fi hacking or disruption.
View Access Logs
Track the dates and times at which visitors enter your home. Greater visibility on access brings you greater peace of mind. Bluetooth key access logs are updated in real time, and PIN code access logs are updated when the master owner uses a bluetooth key.
How it works
Successful reservation/appointment made
Once a booking is confirmed, the Igloohome system automatically prepares access credentials linked to that reservation — no manual setup required.
Guests or prospects receive PIN codes via several options
Unique PIN codes are generated instantly and sent via app, SMS, or email, allowing flexible delivery based on your preferences.
At the property/venue they key in the PIN code to let themselves in
Guests simply enter their assigned PIN on the smart lock keypad for keyless, hassle-free access at the scheduled time.
Upon leaving, lock revokes access depending on PIN code validity period
Once the booking ends, the PIN automatically expires — keeping your property secure and ready for the next guest.
